I would like to warmly welcome you to our new school website. We hope that you enjoy finding out about our school and viewing our photographs and news.
Our school is a forward-thinking village school that also enjoys village traditions and is part of a strong community. We have an exciting curriculum that values strong core learning as well as the links between concepts across all subjects. We ensure subjects are progressive, build on prior learning and are inspiring and well taught. Every individual child is valued at our school and we offer a broad and balanced curriculum and a range of experiences to allow them to discover their loves and talents.
The school has our own bespoke Maths and English school schemes written by our leaders for our children and we follow Read, Write Inc to ensure early readers get the very best start. Rhino Sports Academy are based on our school site and we place sports and physical activity in high regard. We have a spacious building which includes an art room and pupil kitchen to bake in as well as a full cooking kitchen to provide healthy, hot meals. Outside we enjoy lots of space including a large school field where children enjoy a range of activities at lunchtime and as part of the curriculum. Our field is packed with beautiful trees under which children make dens and only short walk away is our allotment where children are learning to plant, grow, cook and eat!
